Yes! Once your item ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) in real-time.

We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged:

• Message us immediately with clear photos of the damage and packaging
• We will help you file a claim with the carrier
• Keep all packaging materials for the claim process

Important: V.J. Thrift Finds is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Carrier insurance applies in these cases.

Transit damage claims are handled through the shipping carrier's insurance. We will assist you in filing the claim, but refunds and replacements are determined by the carrier based on their policies. We work hard to ensure items arrive safely, and we're here to support you through the claims process.

All vintage and thrifted items are sold as-is. Since each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
